Lot # 147 - 1982 Diesel Volkswagen "Rabbit" Pick-Up Truck. According to California State Smog Regulation this car is smog exempt.  Has been sitting for 3 years, Car was running before the owner became unfit to drive. Has a dead battery, will need to be towing or trailer out.  This vehicle is being sold for conservator/guardian of the estate. Winning bidder will get the title & keys from the conservator & a bill of sale.  Conservator indicates car is under a non-op or any back fees will be cleared by the estate. NorCal Estate Services does not charge sales tax on vehicles. All DMV taxes, license are the buyers responsibility. 
There is a 10% buyers premium for this auction. 3% discount for all cash payments.
