900sq Storage/Shop Building Tools & More - You must take everything.  Owner was a commercial refrigerator repair service man. This is his shop. Inside you will find tools of the trade, Ice makers, some working some not. You will also find some hobbies items and odds and ends that he had stored in boxes. 

Terms & Conditions of this sale are as follows: Winner must pay invoice online after auction closes. Once the invoice is paid you will get trustee`s phone number to call to make arrangements for removal. Come prepared there are some heavy items. 
There is a 500 cash removal/key deposit fee due directly to the owner before removal. You have 5 days or until April 1st to remove all items. Once everything is removed and building is swept out and you return the key you will get your 500 cash back.
