This auction is for a Firearm. All sales of firearms is regulated by the U.S. Department of Justice and the State of California. All firearms must be transfered through a Federal Firearms Dealer. This firearm will be transferred to the buyer through FFL DEALER Paul Reynolds/Bill Jacobs of the "Ordnance Shop" in Red Bluff, CA. Bill Jacobs/Paul Reynolds is a Federal Firearms Dealer, and will handle the transfer to the new buyer, along with the required background check.

The high bidder will first pay the invoice online, along with the 7.5% Sales Tax and 10% Buyer’s premium to NorCal Online Auctions. After Payment is complete, you will then contact

and complete the necessary paperwork for the background check and the transfer. You will be required to pay a $35.00 transfer fee. The State of California requires a 10 day waiting period in order to take possession of a firearm. The 10 days will begin when you complete the paperwork with Bill Jacobs, the firearm will remain with Bill Jacobs until the 10 days is complete. Then you can make arrangements to pick up your gun or have it shipped to your FFL dealer.
