Due to a death of a family member who believed in "never discarding anything" I was overwhelmed with clearing out about 60 years of "stuff".   I tried dealing with cleaning out closets and emptying drawers but it just seemed to never improve.  Looking online I discovered NorCal Estate Liquidation Services.  I contacted Robert and we were able to make arrangements to have the house cleared of its contents in what I consider record time.  Robert and his staff removed everything and left the house broom clean as advertised, even beating his own deadline by basically 2 days.

I received the check, key and the accounting package today, I want to compliment you and your crew for a job well done. It was quite an experience. I was shocked that mom`s table sold for over $1000.00. You guys did a great job displaying her belongings and grouping them into lots. My husband and I where at a friends house and he kept checking his phone to see how the sale was going. I love the fact we could watch the auction from home or anywhere. You said you could sell it all and you did. Donna said the place was empty by 2pm Saturday, that was hard to believe because last time I was there it was overwhelming. Hi Robert, 
I would like to thank you once again for handling my aunt's estate sale in Shasta Lake. In spite of heavy rain, high winds and hail you pulled it off, cleaned out the house completely.
On Monday after the sale I was at the house when the buyer's RE agent showed up. She walked through uttering words like "amazing", "this is nice","fantastic" and "this may be the cleanest house I've ever turned over to a client".
For prospective clients I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Robert is sensitive to family feelings and sets aside items that might be of sentimental value. When rain was forecast they put down plastic to protect the carpet from muddy feet. When he says the house will be completely cleaned out and "broom clean" he means it.
