NorCal Online Estate Auctions

Both units are from the same estate.

RULES: 
Auction You must  pay your auction invoice online by 12 Noon Friday July 20th or it will go to the next bidder at 12:01
 
You must take everything and sweep out unit.
 
After Auction is Paid for you will get instructions to get key and contact info to property manager. You will make arrangement with property manager for removal. 

There is a 100.00 cleaning deposit due when you receive the keys to unit, once the unit is cleaned out you will be refunded your cleaning deposit. You will have 24 hours to clean out unit once you receive the key.
