Lot #168 - Rare Piece of History - Antique Copper Eagle Weathervane from Kennett, Ca.  This weathervane has a 50" wing span & used to be on top of the Diamond Bar Saloon which is now 517 feet below the surface of Shasta Lake.  It has some repairs. For the age and history of this rare and wonderful piece, I would say it is in great shape. The original owner of the weathervane was born in Kennett, Ca

We found a postcard (not included) of the the Diamond Saloon in kennett, We had it blown up to show the weathervane, you can see the weathervane on top of the flag on  the Diamond Bar Saloon. 

The old wagon wheel is just a temporary base to hold the pole up
