Lot #147 - 5 x 15 Storage Locker Unit A-62 - Tools & Some Household - This is abandon property.  Winner takes all and sweeps the unit out!!! 

PLEASE NOTE: Glassware should in video is not longer apart of this auction it was confiscated by law enforcement.

Both units are from the same estate.

RULES: 
Auction You must  pay your auction invoice online by 12 Noon Friday July 20th or it will go to the next bidder at 12:01
 
You must take everything and sweep out unit on Saturday July 21st.
 
After Auction is Paid for you will get instructions to get key and contact info to property manager. You will make arrangement with property manager for removal. 

There is a 100.00 cleaning deposit due when you receive the keys to unit, once the unit is cleaned out you will be refunded your cleaning deposit. You will have 24 hours to clean out unit once you receive the key.

Please bring Tools, Boxes & Help to Move heavy items. Thank You
