Lot #1 - 1988 F-150 4x4 - Non-Op - Needs New Ignition & Battery

Was running about 4 years ago until owner came out and key wouldn't turn ignition out of steering wheel lock.
I tried WD40, and wiggling shifter while turning key, trying to get it to unlock but was unsuccessful. So selling as is, has good tires 120,000 miles.
I suspect if you fix the ignition, get fresh gas and battery you will have a running truck.
